IIS DataStage + Python Developer | Full-Time Position: IIS DataStage + Python Developer Experience: 5–8 Years Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Pune | Mumbai Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA Notice Period: 0–30 Days Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced IIS DataStage + Python Developer with hands-on knowledge of IBM InfoSphere Information Server (IIS), DataStage and Python. The role involves developing, maintaining and improving enterprise-level data integration and ETL solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain DataStage ETL jobs and data pipelines. • Create Python scripts for data processing and automation. • Work with multiple data sources and support integration across enterprise systems. • Improve DataStage jobs for performance, scalability and reliability. • Investigate and resolve ETL and data integration-related issues. • Carry out data validation, transformation and quality checks. • Support deployments, production releases and application enhancements. • Coordinate with data engineers, architects and business teams. • Maintain technical documentation and follow established development standards. Required Skills • 5–8 years of experience in DataStage / Data Integration. • Hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage. • Strong programming skills in Python. • Good understanding of ETL concepts and data integration. • Strong knowledge of SQL and databases. • Experience with ETL performance tuning and optimization. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Understanding of data quality and validation processes. • Candidates with a 0–30 days notice period are preferred.
