About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Instructor to teach in our Immigration Administrative Assistant program. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support student learning, and ensure that course content aligns with current immigration laws and administrative best practices.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Immigration, Law, Education, or a related field.
  • Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) license is a strong asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in immigration or legal administration.
  • Previous teaching or training experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Canadian immigration procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver course content that meets program curriculum standards.
  • Lead engaging, student-focused classroom instruction.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and participation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and academic support to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress.
  • Stay current with changes in immigration laws, policies, and administrative practices.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and curriculum updates.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment.
