Rajveer Chahal Education Consultant is a growing immigration and overseas education consultancy providing professional guidance for study visa, visitor visa, spouse open work permit, dependent visa, admissions, refusal cases, and other immigration-related services.
We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Immigration Sales Manager who can lead the sales and counseling team, manage daily targets, improve conversions, and help the company achieve monthly revenue goals.
This role is suitable for a candidate who has strong practical experience in the immigration industry and understands different immigration products such as study visa, visitor visa, spouse open work permit, dependent cases, refusal cases, and admission-related services.

This is not a fresher role and not a simple counselor role.

Job Role Overview
The Immigration Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete sales team and ensuring that monthly targets are achieved.
The main responsibility of this role is to handle the team, push daily performance, improve conversions, close high-value cases, train counselors, and make sure all immigration products are sold properly and ethically.
The candidate should be able to manage sales for multiple services, including:
- Study visa
- Visitor visa
- Spouse open work permit
- Dependent visa
- Refusal cases
- Admissions
- Other immigration-related services
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Target
- Achieve monthly sales, a team performance
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans for the team
- Track counselor-wise performance and conversion ratios
- Monitor lead conversion from inquiry to registration and final file processing
- Push the team to achieve daily calling, follow-up, walk-in, and closing targets
- Personally handle important, high-value, or complicated cases
- Identify weak areas in the sales process and improve them
- Build a target-driven culture within the team
Team Handling & Leadership
- Lead and manage counselors, and sales staff
- Allocate leads properly according to counselor experience and product category
- Conduct daily team meetings for target review, pending leads, hot leads, and closures
- Train the team on counseling, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing
- Monitor call quality, WhatsApp follow-ups, walk-ins, and registrations
- Hold the team accountable for daily performance
- Identify weak performers and improve them through training and monitoring
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper reporting in the sales team
Immigration Product Sales & Counseling
- Guide students and clients for suitable immigration services according to their profile
- Counsel clients for study visa, visitor visa, spouse open work permit, dependent visa, refusal cases, and admissions
- Explain process, documentation, eligibility, timelines, fees, and possible outcomes clearly
- Handle objections related to budget, refusal risk, gap, academics, funds, travel history, family ties, and visa chances
- Convert serious inquiries into paid registrations
- Ensure that the team gives honest, professional, and practical counseling
- Make sure clients understand the complete process before registration
Lead Management & Follow-Up System
- Ensure all leads are properly updated in CRM or Excel
- Monitor hot, warm, cold, pending, and lost leads
- Make sure no lead is missed by the team
- Track daily calls, WhatsApp messages, follow-ups, walk-ins, and closures
- Build strong follow-up systems for different services
- Ensure proper follow-up for old leads, fresh leads, social media leads, walk-ins, and referral leads
- Prepare daily and weekly lead performance reports for management
Coordination With Filing & Admissions Team
- Coordinate with admission, documentation, and visa filing teams
- Ensure smooth handover of registered clients to the processing team
- Track pending documents, offer letters, file preparation, and submission updates
- Reduce communication gaps between sales, admission, and filing departments
- Ensure proper client communication throughout the process
- Support the team in solving client concerns before and after registration
Mandatory Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration sales or overseas education sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling a sales/counseling team
- Practical knowledge of study visa, visitor visa, spouse open work permit, dependent visa, and refusal cases
- Proven experience in achieving monthly sales or revenue targets
- Experience in converting leads into paid clients
- Strong knowledge of lead management and follow-up systems
- Experience in counseling students, parents, spouses, and visitor visa clients
Required Skills

Preferred Candidate Profile
Preference will be given to candidates who:
- Have worked as Immigration Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Team Leader, Senior Counselor, or Sales Head
- Have managed a team of at least 5-8 people
- Have handled multiple immigration products,
- Have strong experience in visitor visa, spouse open work permit, study visa, and refusal cases
- Can independently manage targets, team meetings, reporting, and closing
- Understand Punjab immigration market and client behavior
- Can join immediately or within a short notice period

Salary & Benefits
