We’re looking for passionate Implementation Specialists on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract basis to support a critical project rolling out our ezyVet Practice Management software to a significant group of key customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We’re looking for passionate problem solvers to support the implementation of our Practice Management software to a key group of customers. Our implementors are responsible for training customers on our cloud applications, configuring their software site specific to the clinics needs, optimising workflows, and getting the clinic up and running smoothly. You'll be building important client relationships, problem solve and most importantly provide engaging virtual teaching on the software to set our new customers up for success.
This role is Auckland based supporting our APAC customers, 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

A bit more about the role, you will:
Training veterinary professionals on how to use our PIMS, specific to their role in the clinic.
Project manage implementations, ensuring each clinic/practice/hospital is confidently utilizing ezyVet and the software configuration is fit for purpose.
Problem solve, understand the clinics needs and workflows to configure the software appropriately
Change management with the clinic
Build and deliver webinar based training and configuration curriculum.
Manage an assortment of projects all at different stages
Collaborate with internal teams to help craft the software, prioritize feature and fix releases, streamline processes and generally build amazing outcomes.
What you will need to succeed:

Experience working in a busy environment with strong time and time & project management skills.
Experience with project management ideal!
Confidence to articulate complex subject matter to a range of audiences.
Excellent attitude, a sense of humor and coolness under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience implementing our PIMS or exposure to the veterinary industry is desired.

Structured onboarding, induction and training schedule run out of Auckland and possibly Sydney. Potentially 4-6 weeks beginning the contract
