Severion Inc is specializing in CRM and ERP setup and support, we are currently looking to expand our product onboarding team. A successful candidate will demonstrate high degree of technical skills necessary to accurately process client data and help successful client onboarding.

Overview:

We are seeking a Data Implementation Specialist for our SaaS CRM product to support new client onboarding with a focus on data layout, structuring, and importing. The role ensures that client environments are set up accurately by gathering, organizing, and validating data, while maintaining best practices for consistency and completeness. The position works under guidance from senior team members and contributes to the overall efficiency and accuracy of client data setups.

Responsibilities:

· Collect, review, and structure onboarding data by standardizing formats, verifying completeness, and ensuring proper alignment with system layouts.

· Design logical data layouts and structures within the system, supporting multiple client environments simultaneously.

· Import and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity, contributing to smooth onboarding and reliable internal reporting.

· Update and maintain existing data regularly to ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency.

· Monitor and correct data inconsistencies or errors as they arise.

· Document data processes and maintain records for audit and reference purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely implementation and high-quality data outcomes.

Requirements:

· Experience working with data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to analyze, structure, and validate data effectively.

· Problem-solving skills and a process-focused mindset.

· Ability to work under guidance and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft of Excel

· Experience in CRM setup and Configuration

· Ability To produce Technical Manuals

· Ability to Conduct product training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)
• CRM software: 1 year (preferred)
• SaaS: 1 year (preferred)
