The role:
- Successful execution of import and export shipments, ensuring you meet and exceed expectations.
- Maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing customer service and operational excellence solutions in relation to individual shipping queries or delays, highlighting critical problems to management.
- Manage and maintain relevant systems and documentation ensuring files are invoiced accurately, records are updated, and all transaction adhere to company, IATA security and Government regulations.
- 1-2 years freight/import/export work experience and also of liaising with multiple stakeholders and customers
- Proficient on Windows, Excel, Word and has working knowledge of ERP & warehouse / shipping systems
- Strong individual with good attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Hard working with a team mentality & good written & verbal communication skills
- Well organised, flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU)
