Job Summary

We are looking for a new Import/Export Analyst employee to be based in Cork (Ireland)

The role:

Our Air Freight team based in Cork have an exciting opportunity for an Import/Export Analyst to join their team to process international & domestic shipments for import & export.

What a typical day looks like:

Successful execution of import and export shipments, ensuring you meet and exceed expectations.
Maintain close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Providing customer service and operational excellence solutions in relation to individual shipping queries or delays, highlighting critical problems to management.
Manage and maintain relevant systems and documentation ensuring files are invoiced accurately, records are updated, and all transaction adhere to company, IATA security and Government regulations.

The experience/Qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

1-2 years freight/import/export work experience and also of liaising with multiple stakeholders and customers
Proficient on Windows, Excel, Word and has working knowledge of ERP & warehouse / shipping systems
Strong individual with good attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
Hard working with a team mentality & good written & verbal communication skills
Well organised, flexible, enthusiastic individual with ability to use their own initiative and take responsibility for their work.
Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU)

Nice to have:

Degree, Diploma in logistics or supply chain
