Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to our clients in their homes or care facilities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed.
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary.
• Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
• Support clients in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in daily activities.
• Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's mental well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies while following first aid protocols.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Lots of patience.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or home health is required.
• Familiarity with senior care practices, including understanding of resident rights and care plans.
• Certification in first aid or CPR is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
