Position Details:
Schedule: Casual (after school, weekends and long weekends and holidays)Wage: $30.24 providing care for both boys, $20.33 If providing care for one boy. Responsibilities: Be ready to get active and have some fun! Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. Offer companionship and engage the boys' in meaningful activities. Assist with daily activities, and routines suited to the children's needs. Assist with calming and regulation strategies. Support children in all aspects of personal hygiene and personal care as required. Prepare simple meals or snacks as needed. Compassionate and empathetic nature. Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment. Qualifications: Experience with Autism (ASD), ADHD and other diagnoses is a plus. Must be reliable, patient, understanding and able to work flexible hours as needed.
