In - Office Nanny

Job Summary:

Seeking a nurturing and professional in-office nanny to provide full-time care for two children—a 14-month-old and a newborn. The nanny will ensure the children’s safety, engage them in age-appropriate activities, and manage their daily routines while the parents work onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of both children at all times.
• Plan and implement stimulating activities for the 14-month-old, including reading, playtime, and early learning exercises.
• Attend to the newborn’s needs, including feeding, diaper changes, and soothing.
• Prepare and serve meals/snacks for the toddler and bottle-feed the newborn.
• Coordinate and monitor nap schedules for both children.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area and other childcare spaces.
• Provide daily updates to parents on the children’s activities, milestones, and well-being.
• Respond to any immediate needs or emergencies with promptness and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience caring for multiple children, including infants and toddlers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of early childhood development milestones.
• Patience and creativity in engaging a toddler and soothing a newborn.
• Familiarity with handling feeding schedules for infants.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Compensation: $12 - $13hr (40 hours a week)
