M&C is the largest In-store Assembly company in the country. We put merchandise together in the stores you probably go to every day! Earn $20/hr average – Top performers reach $60/hr equivalent with NO CAP! The more you build efficiently, correctly, and on time, the more you make!

We are looking for serious, hard-working individuals to assemble high-demand retail products in stores near you: BBQ grills, lawn mowers & outdoor power equipment, patio furniture sets, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and similar large-item builds. We want hustlers who show up, get it done right, and get paid what they're worth!

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and handle large-item assembly
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone with working camera (used for photos, scanning & invoicing in our app)
• Your own tools (18V cordless impact driver or drill is strongly preferred), Deep metric sockets, Allen / hex bit set, Cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter / utility knife, rubber mallet.

Serious applicants only. No formal experience required, but you must be mechanically inclined, have your own tools with reliable transportation, and be ready to start immediately.

Pay: $300.00 - $800.00 per week
