What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping customers choose the right roofing products and solutions
• Processing sales through POS systems
• Preparing, following up, and closing customer quotes
• Assisting with stock handling, dispatch, and receiving goods
• Keeping the store organised, safe, and presentable
• Supporting stock control and supplier communication
• Working toward sales targets as part of a team
• Learning product knowledge through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong roofing product knowledge (essential)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Willingness to continue building product knowledge (training provided)
• Physically capable of handling stock and being on your feet
• Australian working rights
