The Inbound Call Handler is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints by following company guidelines
  • Transfer calls to the relevant department when required
  • Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system
  • Follow communication scripts and company policies
  • Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets
  • Provide excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages)
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry)
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
