The Inbound Call Handler is responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer issues or complaints by following company guidelines
- Transfer calls to the relevant department when required
- Maintain call logs and update customer information in the system
- Follow communication scripts and company policies
- Achieve daily/weekly call handling targets
- Provide excellent customer service to improve customer satisfaction
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages)
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, data entry)
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
