About Badger
We're a 35-year-old custom apparel decorator in Cache Valley providing screen printing, and DTF for businesses, schools, teams, and trades across northern Utah. Owner-operated and growing — and we're building the kind of place great salespeople do their best work
The Role
You'll be the face of Badger for nearly every customer who orders from us — and the reason they order again. This is an inbound sales and account management role
Your job is to:
- Turn quote requests into orders
- Turn one-time orders into repeat customers
- Grow our existing customer accounts year over year
You'll own the customer book. You'll be the one customers call, email, and ask for by name.
What You'll Actually Do
- Respond to inbound quote requests fast — same-day response
- Be the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, form fills and emails
- Walk customers through artwork, garment, and decoration decisions with confidence
- Build and Manage Online Stores
- Build accurate quotes in our system and follow them through to order
- Manage the customer relationship & sales pipeline in our CRM — every touch, every follow-up, nothing falls through the cracks
- Reach back out to past customers proactively about reorders and new programs
- Hand off production details cleanly to our design and production teams
- Show up to a daily team huddle, a weekly scorecard review, and a weekly 1-on-1
What We're Looking For
We care more about how you think than where you've worked. The best fit is someone who:
- Likes customers and is genuinely curious about their business
- Writes well — clear, warm, professional email and text
- Is organized enough that nothing slips through the cracks
- Wants to own something, not just punch a clock
Helpful but not required:
- Sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)
- Experience in apparel, print, promo, signage, or a trades-facing business
- CRM and pipeline experience
- Familiarity with Adobe, Canva, or basic design software
If you've never sold apparel but you've successfully managed customer relationships somewhere else — restaurant, hospitality, trades, real estate, B2B services — we want to hear from you.
Compensation
- Base: 16.00 per hour
- Bonus grows with the book — top performers in this seat will earn more in Year 2 and beyond as the customer base they own grows
