Inbound Sales Representative - French - Valencia

Position: Inbound Sales Representative

Location: Valencia, Spain

Employment type: Full-time


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact potential clients using various channels (phone, email)
  • Handle inbound presales enquiries (coming via telephone or email) by giving to customer detailed information on products
  • Refer non sales /presales enquiries to the right organization
  • Manage customer/reseller requests on spare parts by checking spare part stocks & availability
  • Close inbound sales for B2C customers
  • Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities and pass the lead to the team in charge
  • Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer enquiries to the right organization

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in French (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone, email)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
  • Computer literate with solid IT knowledge
  • Strong personal interest and curiosity in IT products and applications
  • Outstanding communication with ability to emphasize, negotiate and persuade
  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
  • Exceptional customer facing and customer care skills
  • Ability to follow the security rules of the company
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a team player
