Our technical sales and support team have built a reputation for assisting installers at pre-design stage, on site and with aftersales support. Due to phenomenal growth in the solar industry, we are looking to expand our experienced sales & distribution team in Dublin 11.

We are now looking to recruit an additional Inbound Sales & Support Executive for our Dublin office. This is a superb opportunity to join a growing business that is passionate about making a positive difference to the world we live in.

The Job:

· To gain a full in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.

· To provide sales assistance to builders and electricians working on PV installations

· To expand our current customer base as we add new product ranges.

· You will join a dynamic sales team offering excellence in customer support

· Full training will be provided

Requirements

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in a sales or customer service role is an advantage

· A technical aptitude

· Practical experience in DIY, electrical work or construction, troubleshooting etc

· A genuine interest in the environment and/or renewable energy.

· Proficiency in the use of MS Office, in particular Excel Spreadsheets.

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Applicants should be self-motivated and capable of working on their own initiative

A competitive salary will be offered based on previous experience and track record and likely to be in the region of €32k to €38k plus profit share scheme. Equally important, you will work in an environment where you will be valued and where your efforts will have a positive impact on the environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
