Introduction:
At Green Leaves Early Learning, we believe in making work play and creating a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels a sense of belonging. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering a space where all children can thrive, regardless of their individual needs or backgrounds.
Your passion for supporting diverse needs will empower children to engage fully in our educational, fun, and engaging programs. Working closely with Lead Educators, families, and allied professionals, you’ll help implement personalised support strategies that remove barriers to participation and celebrate each child’s unique strengths.
Each day, you’ll be proud to:
Care for, nurture, and grow children’s minds through play-based learning experiences.
Champion inclusivity by embracing differences and inspiring others to do the same.
Collaborate and reflect with your colleagues to achieve best practice.
Build genuine connections with children and families through a mature and compassionate approach.
Create a welcoming and safe environment that encourages exploration and joy.
Commit to personal growth and continuous improvement in your professional journey.
If you are dedicated, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to help make every day a celebration of learning, belonging, and play.
Ideally, we’d love for you to hold:
- An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a childcare qualification within 3 months of commencement)
- A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check (or be willing to obtain prior to commencement)
- A current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
- A current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- The availability to work rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday between 6:30am and 6:30pm.
If you are excited to join a special group where you can appreciate working alongside a committed and energetic team, then make your move and apply now!
