Description:
Your passion for supporting diverse needs will assist you in empowering children to engage fully in our educational, fun, and engaging programs. You'll work as a team with Lead Educators, parents, and other professionals to implement and support personalised support strategies to remove barriers from participation. This is an opportunity to help make work play, create a sense of belonging for all, and embrace differences while inspiring fellow educators, children, and their families.

About the role:
. Passion for quality care and support of children’s growth and development

Motivated to support your Room Leader to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation
Work 1-on-1 supporting children with Inclusion Support alongside other Educators
Proven experience in inclusion support and have assisted in setting up, facilitating, and cleaning down activities
Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practice
Pride in the room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment
Work set shifts, 5 Days a week.
Guide educators to understand the specific needs of individual children and how they can help support the child better as well as support children to integrate
