About the Role
In our branch, relationships come first. As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming voice and face for our clients—ensuring every interaction reflects both the trusted Schwab brand and our DE Coast commitment to integrity, care, and exceptional service. You’ll support clients with their immediate needs while helping the branch run smoothly and successfully.

What You’ll Do

• Warmly greet clients and prospects, both in person and by phone, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Support client onboarding: receive deposits, process new accounts, and assist with account requests.
• Coordinate branch marketing and client engagement activities, including seminars and community events.
• Maintain the branch environment to Schwab’s brand standards.
• Partner closely with the Branch Leader and sales team to meet client needs and deepen relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven ability to handle client concerns with tact, diplomacy, and follow-through.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills—managing multiple client needs at once without losing focus on quality.
• Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting marketing and client events is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
