In 2020, the restaurant reopened in a modern new building on the Maasboulevard, offering a beautiful view of the Maas River. The restaurant is known for its quality, hospitality, and well-organized professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare ingredients and dishes
• Apply basic and advanced cooking techniques
• Contribute ideas for menu composition and improvements
• Manage stock and place orders
• Provide guidance to kitchen assistants
• Work under the supervision of the Head Chef

Job Requirements

• MBO level 3 working and thinking level (vocational education)
• Proven knowledge of cooking techniques
• Proficiency in Dutch or English

Employment Conditions

• Salary: €2,505.04 – €3,032.79 gross per month (based on 38 hours per week, according to the Horeca CAO)
• Pension scheme
• Travel allowance (if applicable)
• Participation in tip distribution
