Independent Sales Representative – Digital Solutions & Services For Smes

Do you have a strong network in Luxembourg and an interest in digital solutions, IT transformation, or business consulting services?
Luxfactory is a recognized player offering tailor-made solutions including:

  • Strategic consulting & digital transformation

Your Role

  • Identify and engage with decision-makers (SMEs, family offices, fiduciaries, etc.)
  • Promote concrete, high-impact, and co-financeable offers
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Contribute to Luxfactory’s commercial strategy and growth

Profile Sought

  • Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or IT/digital services
  • Active network in Luxembourg with executives, CFOs, or IT managers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and autonomous
  • Comfortable working freelance or goal-based
  • Fluent in French and English. Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of public funding or IT/HR solutions is a plus — or a strong willingness to learn

Collaboration Terms

  • Commission-based compensation at the start, with an attractive system based on successful placements
  • Possibility to evolve into a CDI/freelance contract after proven performance
  • Autonomy and strategic support provided by the Luxfactory team

Work based in Luxembourg. Work permit in Luxembourg is mandatory.
