Do you have a strong network in Luxembourg and an interest in digital solutions, IT transformation, or business consulting services?
Luxfactory is a recognized player offering tailor-made solutions including:

- Sourcing & sales of IT hardware and software
Your Role
- Identify and engage with decision-makers (SMEs, family offices, fiduciaries, etc.)
- Promote concrete, high-impact, and co-financeable offers
- Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients
- Contribute to Luxfactory’s commercial strategy and growth
Profile Sought
- Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or IT/digital services
- Active network in Luxembourg with executives, CFOs, or IT managers
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and autonomous
- Comfortable working freelance or goal-based
- Fluent in French and English. Luxembourgish is a plus.
- Knowledge of public funding or IT/HR solutions is a plus — or a strong willingness to learn
Collaboration Terms
- Commission-based compensation at the start, with an attractive system based on successful placements
- Possibility to evolve into a CDI/freelance contract after proven performance
- Autonomy and strategic support provided by the Luxfactory team
Work based in Luxembourg. Work permit in Luxembourg is mandatory.
