Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced independent workers or subcontractors to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work on diverse projects across multiple locations, utilizing your own vehicle and tools. You will be responsible for executing various construction tasks independently, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. We can pay per hour or per project.

Duties

• Bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations
• Carpentry work including framing, building decks, fences, gazebos
• Drywall installation, painting, caulking
• Tile laying, flooring installation
• Small electrical or plumbing tasks as needed (large tasks will involve an electrician)
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Must have own vehicle and tools

Skills

• Comfortable interpreting blueprints
• Experience in working independently without supervision while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
