- Prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes (curries, tandoor items, breads, rice, snacks) as per standard recipes and portion sizes
- Follow prep lists, wash and chop vegetables, cut meat, measure and mix ingredients, and set up the workstation/food station before service
- Check ingredients for freshness and quality, ensure correct storage temperatures, and rotate stock to minimise wastage
- Monitor inventory for Indian spices, gravies, masalas, and key ingredients and inform seniors or help in placing orders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,033.27 - ₹25,000.00 per month
