We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook who specializes in North Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare a wide range of traditional North Indian dishes with authentic taste and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook North Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads, rice, and snacks
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Ensure quality, consistency, and timely preparation of food
Manage inventory and assist in menu planning
Requirements:
Proven experience as a North Indian cook
Language: Must speak Punjabi; secondary language Hindi or English
Knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional Indian recipes
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
