Indian Restaurant Seeking An Indian Cook

We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook who specializes in North Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare a wide range of traditional North Indian dishes with authentic taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook North Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, breads, rice, and snacks

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Ensure quality, consistency, and timely preparation of food

• Manage inventory and assist in menu planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a North Indian cook

• Language: Must speak Punjabi; secondary language Hindi or English

• Knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional Indian recipes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
