Embrace Excellence

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our APAC procurement team. This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in indirect procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization.

As part of this internship the candidate will be involved in directly supporting marketing teams in the organisation as well as the assessing of pitches for marketing services, events and productions for The Macallan, Highland Park and Glenrothes in markets across APAC. This role will also support in the creation of dashboards, reporting and data analysis of how Edrington APAC procures marketing services and manages suppliers across the region to identify opportunities for efficiencies, improvements in governance and cost savings.

This internship gives a great opportunity for the intern to gain an understanding of the pitching process required for marketing events and spends, how to benchmark and assess costs and how to develop some negotiation skills for dealing directly with suppliers. It will also provide the opportunity to develop an understanding of, and drive real insights into, how marketing budget is invested across the APAC region.
