We are looking for experienced Indian or south Indian or Asian cook in Aalborg. Our menus are based on well-sourced produce, high standards of cooking and innovative presentation creating a great experience for our guests. candidate must have the following skills. ➢ Minimum 3 years of experience as a South Indian Chef or Indian Cook with eagerness to learn Indian cooking. ➢ Should be skilled in making different varieties of dosa and classic south Indian dishes ➢ Knowledge of authentic south Indian food is optional advantages. ➢ Prepare and cook full course meals and individual dishes and foods. ➢ Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Work with minimal supervision. ➢ Estimate food requirements and costs. ➢ Maintain & manage inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. ➢ Able to work in Denmark without restriction. ➢ Able to join immediately ➢ Control food wastage without compromising on food quality. ➢ Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of his / her area at all times. ➢ Provide assistance and Supervise all kitchen staff and helpers. ➢ Ensure appropriate and professional communication with all the team members at all given times. ➢ Knowing Danish and tamil is an added advantage but not necessary ➢ Inspect kitchens and food service areas. ➢ Knowledge of advanced cooking equipment, work with specialized cooking equipment (Dosa)
