Indoor Plant Care Specialist (Part-Time)

Plant Concepts is seeking a part-time Indoor Plant Care Specialist to keep our clients’ tropical plants thriving year-round. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make their own schedule, Monday - Friday, available between the hours of 8-5 - we will work with you.

What You’ll Do

• Care for tropical plants: watering, pruning, grooming, and pest/disease management
• Build strong relationships with clients while keeping detailed records through a mobile app
• Travel between accounts using a company vehicle (provided)
• Communicate regularly with your supervisor and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and eager to learn
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stay active throughout the day – comfortable with doing a lot of walking
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Comfortable working independently and professionally with clients

The Details

• Flexible weekday schedule (Monday - Friday, 8-5, we can work on a schedule that makes sense for you between these hours)
• 5–8 hours per day, up to ~20 hours per week
• Pay: $20 - no experience needed but a love for plants is a must! We will offer hands on training to the right person.
• Uniforms, tools, and company vehicle provided
