Indoor Playground Attendant/Event Host

Looking for a fun and flexible part-time job? Join our team as an Indoor Playground Attendant/Event Host at our new location in Fayetteville. We are not a daycare. Parents and guardians are required to stay during open play hours to supervise their own children.

The Indoor Playground Attendant/Event Host is responsible for ensuring each customer has an extraordinary experience at PlayFunParty by engaging with the customers, attending to their needs, answering questions, providing information, as well as interacting with the children to inspire their imagination and create a FUN and playful environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

· Provide quality customer service, attentiveness, and engagement with clients to ensure the best overall customer experience. Experience working with kids is a huge plus.

· Welcome and greet customers upon entry and acknowledge with a thank you upon exit.

· Answer phones and provide company information

· Handle check-in process for all guests and ensure everyone signs a waiver

· Engage with in-store customers to answer questions and provide assistance when needed.

· Inform customers of specials, promotions or upcoming events

· Cashiering of services and retail purchases. POS, checking guests in and out. Controlling play environment. Maintaining sales receipts and records. Cash and credit cards handling. Experience with Square a plus.

· Interact positively with children, assisting them on equipment as needed and monitoring play areas to ensure all children adhere to rules.

· Assist with or conduct Story time, Sing-a-Longs, Arts & Craft, Enrichment classes, Parent’s Night Out, Drop-Off Events, Birthday parties, and other related activities

· Assist with or conduct Party Leader roles and duties at our indoor play space and mobile events.

· Conduct opening and closing procedures if scheduled for opening/closing shift

· General Housekeeping throughout facility to ensure a safe and clean environment for patrons and staff (bathroom checks, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, trash pick-up, wipe-down of walls/windows/doors, play structure cleaning routines)

· Must be available to work flexible schedules including day, some nights, and weekends.

· Zero Tolerance Policy with Drugs, Smoking, Vaping, and Alcohol at work. Employees are subject to random drug test and background checks.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
