Job role requirements:

• Must have a good understanding of cleaning and great communication skills to support cleaning operatives
• Highly flexible hand’s on attitude with a demonstrated willingness to take on a responsible approach to any issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Organisational and time-management skills
• Be a team player with the ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships
• Comfortable working alone and in a team
• Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload

Understanding incleaning equipment:

• Vacuuming, using industrial back vacuum
• Using buffing machine

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and maintain all cleaning equipment to a high standard.
• Prioritise health and safety at all times.
• Take a hands-on approach and provide guidance and support to operatives to ensure required service levels are achieved.
• Be available for occasional weekend work when necessary; advance notice will be provided and appropriate payment will be made.
• Assess cleaning material requirements for your area of responsibility, ensuring their safe and economical use.
• Ensure good timekeeping and attendance of all staff under your supervision.
• Report any site defects to the Property Manager and RCH via email.
• Inform the Manager of any incidents related to security, health and safety, timekeeping, or damage/defects reported by cleaning staff.
• Submit weekly wage sheets via email.
• Report any accidents or vehicle damage immediately and in accordance with established procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.00 per hour
