Industrial Cleaning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate industrial and specialist cleaning teams
• Oversee works including:

  • Power washing

  • Window cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Roof cleaning
  • Gutter cleaning
  • External building cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
• Price and prepare quotations/tenders for new and existing clients
• Conduct site surveys and assess client requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance
• Ensure health & safety compliance across all operations
• Drive new business development and identify growth opportunities
• Liaise directly with commercial, industrial, and property management clients
• Monitor job profitability and operational performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in industrial or specialist cleaning management
• Strong knowledge of specialist cleaning methods and equipment
• Experience pricing jobs and preparing quotations
• Proven ability to manage teams and multiple projects
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Business development or sales experience is highly desirable
• Full clean driving licence
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and lead by example

About The Role
