About The Role
Industrial Cleaning Operative (Post Construction)
Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 16:00
Location: Multiple sites across Dublin
Rate: From 14.80 per hour
About the Role
Join our post‑construction cleaning team and help prepare newly built or refurbished buildings for client handover. You’ll work across multiple Dublin sites delivering high‑standard deep‑cleaning services as part of a mobile, fast‑moving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed post‑construction cleaning, removing dust, debris, adhesives, and residue.
- Complete deep‑cleaning tasks including window cleaning, power washing, and floor restoration.
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment: vacuums, scrubber‑dryers, Reach & Wash systems and power washers.
- Clean high‑level areas, fixtures, vents, and internal glazing.
- Safely manage and dispose of all waste, including hazardous materials.
- Perform other ad‑hoc cleaning duties as required.
Requirements
- Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certification.
- Experience in post‑build or construction cleaning desirable.
- MEWP experience / working at heights an advantage.
- Full driver’s licence desirable (company vehicle available after probation).
- Flexibility for overtime.
- Right to work in Ireland full-time.
