Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

What you will enjoy doing*

• You will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain manufacturing mechanical equipment & systems
• As scheduled, coordinates repair, modification and preventive maintenance operations
• Further you will support and participate in current and new safety initiatives / policies business needs
• You will oversee and / or perform new equipment installations
• Utilizes hand and portable power tools and follows safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenance
• You will ensure operations technicians understand and follow safe working practices through all steps of equipment repair and maintenance
• You may provide advice to management regarding equipment life and usage and in researching new equipment purchases
• Coordinates and oversees the movement of furniture and/or materials and equipment as required
• Ensures all equipment documentation is complete and properly processed
• Additionally you will maintain and updates control documents, as well to perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems

What makes you great

• A High School diploma / GED is required
• Further you must have three to five (3-5) years Industrial Maintenance experience or similar mechanical experience
• You also must have experience reading and understanding electrical schematics; and mechanical blueprints
• Basic computer skills in EAM and Microsoft Outlook are necessary for this role
• Flexible schedule to support manufacturing needs
