Our Dandenong Manufacturing Site is the heart of many prestigious rail projects in Victoria such as VLocity, Xrap2.0 & Next Generation of Trams. Come and join the journey and contribute to meaningful work in our community.

We are seeking applications for our vacant Industrial Planning Manager to join our talented team. You will manage the Industrial Planning team, taking care of the adequacy between Demand (firm & forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to reach customers QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) while optimizing site resources (people, machines & cash). The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Site Supply Chain Manager in this full time permanent role.

A bit about your new role:

• Ensure Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes are applied.
• Be a key contributor to reach the Industrial Planning KPIs targets
• Contribute to the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap related actions regarding industrial planning topics
• Make sure that demand management & scheduling (firm & forecast) is done in the Core Planning Tools and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Training, coaching and developing the planning team

All about you:

• Experience in industrial planning
• Knowledgeable of End-to-End (E2E) vision for Industrial Planning process and process impact in ERP for procurement and manufacturing
• Scheduling basics knowledge
