Industrial Sales - Automobile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive sales growth in the Automotive, Pharma, and Sugar industries.
  • Identify potential customers, generate new leads, and establish connections through networking, cold calls, and other outreach methods.
  • Present company products and services to potential clients, ensuring an understanding of their needs and how our solutions can address them.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitable sales growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers within the target industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and execution of client orders.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure follow-up on post-sales service and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-6 years in industrial sales, preferably with experience dealing with Automotive, Pharma, and Sugar sectors.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and a proven track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
