Industry Expert / Corporate Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Industry Expert/Corporate Trainer to conduct industry-oriented sessions, workshops, and training programs for students in colleges and educational institutes. The candidate will bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements by delivering practical, skill-based training.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct industry-based training sessions, workshops, and seminars in colleges and institutes.
  
• Deliver practical knowledge, case studies, and real-world industry insights to students.
  
• Design and update training content based on current industry trends.
  
• Guide students on career opportunities, employability skills, and industry expectations.
  
• Conduct interactive sessions on emerging technologies, workplace skills, and professional development.
  
• Assess student participation and provide feedback for improvement.
  
• Coordinate with academic institutions to schedule training programs and workshops.
  
• Support placement readiness activities such as mock interviews, resume building, and aptitude sessions.
  
• Maintain reports and feedback of conducted sessions.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  
• 3–4 years of industry experience in the respective domain.
  
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting workshops is preferred.
  
• Excellent presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
  
• Strong understanding of industry trends and practical applications.
