Okanagan Montessori is seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Toddler Montessori Educator to join our team at our brand-new East Kelowna centre. This position will work primarily with children 12–18 months in a thoughtfully prepared Montessori environment.

Okanagan Montessori was established in 1992 and has a long-standing reputation for excellence in early childhood education. Our East Kelowna location has been operating since September 2025 and features large, beautiful classrooms and exceptional outdoor space.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Infant Toddler Certificate (required)
• Strong background and understanding of the Montessori philosophy
• Experience working with infants and toddlers (12–18 months preferred)
• Valid ECE / Infant Toddler certification (as per BC licensing requirements)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Valid criminal record check
• Two professional references
• Strong communication skills and high professional standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$32.50 per hour
