Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, supporting the developmental needs of children, and promoting educational growth. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners, including those with diverse needs. The Educator will work closely with children, families, and team members to ensure a nurturing and engaging educational experience.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to create personalized educational strategies
- Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and caregiving tasks when necessary
- Monitor and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education best practices
Qualifications
- Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields preferred
- Strong understanding of caregiving principles and child development stages
- Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members
- Passion for teaching, patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
- Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are a plus infant and toddler deploma,first Aid,references,resume

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
