Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, supporting the developmental needs of children, and promoting educational growth. The Educator will work closely with children, families, and team members to ensure a nurturing and engaging educational experience.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to create personalized educational strategies
• Assist children with daily routines, including feeding, toileting, and caregiving tasks when necessary
• Monitor and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom environment
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with disabilities or special needs
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education best practices

Qualifications

• Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields preferred
• Strong understanding of caregiving principles and child development stages
• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families and team members
• Passion for teaching, patience, creativity, and a caring attitude
• Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are a plus infant and toddler deploma,first Aid,references,resume

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
