Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Duties

  • Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills.
  • Provide attentive toddler care by monitoring health, safety, and emotional well-being throughout the day.
  • Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and engagement.
  • Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones regularly.
  • Incorporate elements of special education and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play.
  • Conduct assessments to track developmental progress and prepare documentation for standardized testing or evaluations as needed.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Experience with classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development tailored for infants and toddlers.
  • Ability to work effectively with children, understanding their individual needs and behaviors.
  • Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies suitable for early learners.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists in special education or early intervention.
  • Knowledge of daycare regulations, child welfare standards, and classroom experience in preschool or private school settings.
  • Skills in behavior management techniques to foster positive social interactions and emotional regulation among young children.
  • Proficiency in teaching physical education activities, literacy skills, basic math concepts, and fostering overall child welfare. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
