We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technician to join our team at Infiniti of White Plains. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills alongside exceptional technical abilities. As Technician, you will perform technical operations, work directly with the Service Manager, ensure high-quality repairs, and mentor junior staff. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and coaching skills to effectively communicate with techs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of the technical team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices in both technical skills and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical role with leadership responsibilities.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development of technical skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
