Information Security Specialist, Isms

We are looking for an ISMS Information Security Specialist to join our fast-growing Cyber team to develop Information Security Management Systems.

We are looking for a highly skilled Information Security Management System Specialist with extensive experience in the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and implementing security frameworks, risk management, and compliance processes.

As an ISMS Information Security Specialist, you will

• Lead the implementation and management of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in alignment with ISO 27001 standards and develop security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into business processes and provide expert guidance on security best practices and emerging threats
• Utilize the ServiceNow IRM module to streamline risk management, compliance, and security operations
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present reports on security metrics, incidents, and compliance status to senior management

You’re a strong candidate if you have

• At least 3 years of experience in information security management, with a focus on ISMS
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and other relevant security frameworks and proven experience with the ServiceNow IRM module
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus
• In working-related matters you communicate fluently in English. Finnish skills are seen as a plus

This is a permanent full-time position, and the starting date is negotiable. The position is based in our office in Helsinki, Töölönlahdenkatu 3A.
