With a strong focus on safety, innovation, and teamwork, we’re committed to building a better future for rail in Aotearoa. Now, we’re looking for an experienced leader to join us in ensuring our infrastructure operations run smoothly.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Deep understanding of safety, compliance, and operational best practices.
  • Financial acumen, including budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage complexity.
