JD:
The Project Manager is responsible for defining and overseeing project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and alignment with organisational goals. This role involves developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets while coordinating tasks and resources to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will manage risks, track financials, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the role requires effective stakeholder communication, expectation management, and documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Define and oversee project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring any commitments made are feasible and achievable.
Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans, schedules, and milestones, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and objectives.
Organise project tasks and allocate resources, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered on-time, within scope, and budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change control processes and tools.
Collect and organise project data and information for effective decision-making.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, ensuring project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues within projects, maintaining a risk register and issue log.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and other stakeholders, managing their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Define, manage and realise project benefits, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and customer business needs.
Support the project handover process, including the preparation of documentation and training materials, ensuring a smooth transition to operations
Document lessons learned throughout the project life cycle and share with team members.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Project Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
- Network: 2 years (Preferred)
- Cybersecurity: 3 years (Preferred)
