Full job description

We are looking for an Injection Moulding Technician to operate and maintain moulding machines, ensure quality production, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection moulding and knowledge of plastic processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection moulding machines as per production plans
• Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required
• Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding machines and tools
• Troubleshoot moulding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
• Train junior operators when required

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent
• 0–1 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding operations
• Good understanding of various plastics (PP, ABS, Nylon, etc.) and moulding parameters
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,400.00 - ₹38,550.00 per month
