We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Mould Changer with hands-on expertise in handling machines, moulds, and process parameters. The role involves setting up and changing moulds efficiently to support production of small, critical automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quick and accurate mould changes on injection moulding machines
• Set and adjust machine and mould parameters for optimum performance
• Troubleshoot moulding and machine issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain documentation of mould changes, settings, and process records
• Ensure high quality standards for small precision automotive components
• Follow safety and operational procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in injection moulding, with focus on mould changeovers
• Strong understanding of machines, moulds, and process parameters
• Background in automotive manufacturing (critical parts preferred)
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
