Responsibilities:

-We are seeking a Counter Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

-Welcome and identify customer needs

• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

- Conduct business development activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Make warm and outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

-Previous knowlege of automotive, trailer, snowplow is prefered but not necessary.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of the market and industry trends.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
