Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective communication, customer engagement, and sales support. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, experience in B2B sales, and proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, foster relationships, and support business development initiatives to expand our market presence.
Duties
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms, providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct outbound warm calling campaigns to existing and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services aligned with client needs.
- Support the sales process by qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms with clients.
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze sales data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
- Assist in technical sales discussions by understanding product specifications and translating client requirements into solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position products in the marketplace.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
- Up to $30 per hour (based on experience) + monthly performance bonus.
- 40 hours per week, steady schedule.
