Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – ERP Solutions
Location: Bangalore, India
Department: ERP Sales
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS domains

Role Overview
  • We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Executive to join our ERP sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the end-to-end sales process for our ERP solutions. You’ll work closely with field sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to accelerate pipeline development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries.
  • Prospect Engagement: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and qualify ERP opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline: Manage and update CRM with accurate details of leads, activities, and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, marketing, and pre-sales to schedule meetings, demos, and drive conversions.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and ERP solution updates.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed KPIs related to call volumes, lead conversions, and qualified opportunities.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with prospects through email sequences and personalized outreach.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in ERP or SaaS domains.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
  • Ability to understand and articulate ERP solution value propositions.
  • High level of self-motivation, energy, and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience selling ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Experience in B2B technology sales or working with enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC.
