Inside Sales & Expansion Specialist
Location: USA (Remote)

About the Role:
Incept Data Solutions is seeking a proactive Inside Sales & Expansion Specialist to drive lead generation, client renewals, and expansion sales for our data management staffing, data governance & quality consulting, and Informatica licenses. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and actively participating in deal strategy alongside Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach – Identify and qualify potential clients for staffing and consulting services through email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Renewal & Expansion Sales – Engage with existing clients to secure renewals and uncover new opportunities for services or Informatica licenses.
- Deal Strategy & Collaboration – Work closely with Incept’s Account Executives to develop and execute strategies for closing qualified leads.
- Proposal Development – Assist in writing staffing proposals and service agreements tailored to client needs.
- CRM & Pipeline Management – Track all interactions, leads, and sales progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, renewal sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT services, staffing, or data management).
- Experience in strategic deal participation, including opportunity assessment and sales planning.
- Understanding of data management, governance, and cloud technologies (Informatica experience is a plus).
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to craft persuasive staffing and service proposals.
