Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Inside Sales Intern to join our growth team. In this role, you won't just be making random cold calls—you will learn the fundamentals of B2B sales, from market research and lead generation to qualifying prospects and setting up high-value demos. If you are a sharp communicator who loves a challenge and wants to understand how tech products are sold, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential B2B clients across target industries to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Outbound Outreach: Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking to introduce our solutions.
  • Inbound Qualification: Connect with incoming leads to understand their business pain points and qualify them against our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Pitching & Demo Setup: Articulate our product's value proposition clearly and schedule introductory meetings/demos for the senior team.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM meticulously updated with lead status, interaction logs, and follow-up reminders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills ( fluency in regional languages like Hindi or Kannada is a massive bonus for handling domestic clients).
  • Resilience & Hustle: Sales involves handling rejection. We need someone thick-skinned, persistent, and driven by targets.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn sales tools, CRMs, and professional platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Education: Final year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields (passionate career-switchers are also welcome).

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
